There's always another fun event waiting around the corner in Baltimore, and the start of the fall season brings an especially packed schedule of special events throughout the city. Whether you like great seafood, an evening of dancing or a healthy serving of family fun, you're sure to find something to love in the upcoming slate of Baltimore festivals. Fall is one of the most beautiful times of the year in Baltimore, so it's the perfect time to spend a day outdoors with a few hundred of your closest friends.
Our local team of REALTORS® from Homesale Realty loves spending time at Baltimore's community events, and we've put together a list of local festivals that you definitely won't want to miss this year.

Fells Point may not be Baltimore's biggest neighborhood, but it sure feels that way when you walk its historic streets. For one, Fells Point is full of successful businesses, and the dynamic people who help those businesses thrive. Many of Fells Point's most popular local businesses have been serving the city for generations, and fit seamlessly into the fabric of Baltimore just like the neighborhood's gorgeous historic homes. Kali's Court, one of the most popular dining spots in Fells Point, is one great example, and it may have a new look by the next time you go there.
Kali's Court is being rebranded as the Fells Point Tavern, and its new appearance gives us the perfect excuse to take a closer look at the businesses – and people – that make Fells Point special.

The Baltimore real estate area is a great place to buy a house if you love spending time outdoors. Taking in an Orioles game at Camden Yards on a spring afternoon or enjoying a walk through the Inner Harbor are well-known local pastimes, but many people don't realize that Baltimore is home to an excellent selection of parks. In addition to providing gorgeous scenery, many of Baltimore's parks also showcase the city's rich history, and the people who made it all possible.
Our BHHS Homesale Realty team of Baltimore REALTORS® has created a list of our five favorite parks in Baltimore. As a bonus, we've kept the focus on parks that are also located in very popular neighborhoods for home buyers.

The Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, located just a block from city hall and a quick walk from the Inner Harbor, brings world-class entertainment and a variety of things to do in Baltimore. The Beatles made an appearance back in the 1960s at the height of their fame, and the fun hasn't stopped since. Royal Farms Arena has regularly ranked among the top grossing arenas in North America, and its ability to draw top acts means that there's something for every taste throughout the year.
While there's plenty to love about Royal Farms Arena, we've got more pressing matters to discuss. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are coming to town on April 20th, and time is running out to get your ticket to see one of the most popular live acts of all time.

Let's face it, if you're house hunting in Maryland, Baltimore is a great place to begin. Charm City is filled to the brim with a unique selection of neighborhoods. Each--more than 300 overall--has its own distinct vibe and personality. How do you choose the best neighborhood for you? Our local Homesale Realty team has done some of the legwork for you by creating this list of six great Baltimore neighborhoods in which to live.
