Their pintxo bar is the first in Baltimore and reflects a food and wine obsessed culture. The menu is primarily based on local produce, small production cheeses and charcuterie, and tinned fish from boutique canneries. Sample their wine collection in their beautiful Barrel Rooms, Tank Cellar, main Tasting Bar, and Private Tasting Room. A 24- to 72-hour notice is needed for reservations. Private tasting with their winemaker is available upon request.
