Any Baltimorean will tell you, Baltimore is a pretty cool place to call home. It's a city with a unique history, some of the most popular tourist attractions in Maryland, exceptional colleges, and a diverse economy filled with big, recognizable brands. However, people from outside of Baltimore haven't always realized all that the city has to offer, and today that is changing in a big way. Baltimore has quickly become known as one of the "coolest" cities on the East Coast, and our REALTORS® are excited to tell you more about why that's the case.

We're right in the midst of Baltimore Summer Restaurant Week, which means that if you live in Baltimore and you like to eat, you're probably having a pretty good time.
This event showcases delicious (and affordable) lunch, brunch and dinner menus all over the city, and our REALTORS® in Baltimore want to share some of their favorite local eateries that are participating during Restaurant Week. Be sure to check out these top-notch dining destinations during the event:

Baltimore is known for its iconic row houses, crab cakes, and vibrant music scene. But there's one thing the city offers you may not know about unless you've spent a bit of time there: Baltimore has some of the best free and paid fitness opportunities of any major city.

If you love art and live in Lititz, you're in luck! Every summer, the Lititz Art Association throws one of the finest fine arts shows in Pennsylvania. This year, the Lititz Outdoor Fine Art Show is back for the 51st year in a row. Head to Lititz Springs Park on Saturday, July 29 to browse hundreds of booths full of original, handmade goods and artwork. This is one of our favorite days of the summer, because it gives us a chance to enjoy a huge variety of artistic genres and styles in one beautiful place. If you're looking for a piece to complement your new home, our REALTORS® recommend the Outdoor Fine Art Show.

America will come together on July 4 to celebrate our nation's 241st birthday. After gorging ourselves on hamburgers, hot dogs and potato salad, grab your family and friends and head to a nearby Baltimore spot to celebrate the holiday in true red-white-and-blue Maryland style.
