York, PA -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty announced that Brenda Drawbaugh has been promoted to York Regional President effective January 1st. Drawbaugh will work with the existing regional leadership team to grow brokerage operations and enhance the company's mortgage, title, insurance and property management efforts.
Drawbaugh most recently served as the Director of Operations for the company's East York office. She brings 30 years of real estate industry experience as an agent, administrative support, technology manager, finance & marketing support, new agent recruiter, and finally manager of our east York office to her new role.
"I believe Brenda's ties to York and its surrounding areas will help her become a catalyst for the company's regional growth," contributed Homesale Realty's Chief Operating Officer Rod Messick. "I look forward to her bringing a new level of experience to the position."
When asked about her new position, Drawbaugh described her excitement over the opportunity to lead the York and Adams regions, and her plans to continue the standard of excellence that they are all accustomed to following.
