If you want to gaze at stunning views of downtown Baltimore during your picnic, we recommend this 10-acre park just above the Inner Harbor's south shore. Federal Hill Park has plenty of picnic tables, benches, playgrounds, and basketball courts for the kids. There are also some nice Federal Hill homes for sale within walking distance of the park.

It's a small green park known for its wonderful picnic area. You can watch boats launch or check out the nearby fishing pier.
