The Bygone's culinary team will prepare a standing buffet and passed hors d'oeuvres that feature some of their most popular dishes. A premium open bar and live DJ entertainment will be available all night. The ball will take place from 8 p.m.-2 a.m., and tickets start at $300.

Four of Baltimore's venues—Tagliata, The Elk Room, Italian Disco, and Monarque—are banding together for a big New Year's Eve at The Atlas Quarter event. Each location will have an open bar, standing buffets, and live entertainment, along with a complimentary midnight toast. Several types of entertainment are offered, and you'll be able to see the Times Square Ball Drop on Italian Disco's TVs. The event starts at 9 p.m., and tickets cost $195-$225.

For a more relaxing experience than a party—but still special—head to Fogo de Chão at Baltimore's Inner Harbor on New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. The restaurant honors and elevates the centuries-old cooking technique known as churrasco, roasting high-quality meats over an open flame. Continuous table service of signature cuts of meat, including filet mignon, bone-in ribeye, and many more, are offered. You'll also be able to enjoy offerings from the market table and feijoada bar, which includes Brazilian side dishes.
