  Gertrude Hawk Chocolates is a premier chocolatier located inside the Capital City Mall. You can smell the chocolate wafting out of the store as you approach it, so of course you'll have to stop in for a treat!
  
  Gertrude Hawk is especially known for their Smidgens, which are packages of small, poppable, shaped chocolates. For fall, they offer Pumpkin flavored Smidgens, which are extra special. Customers also love the chocolate-dipped strawberries and the candy bars. The Dark Chocolate Raspberry bars are especially delicious, and luckily they come in a pack of five.
