New Year's Eve Cruise on The Black-Eyed Susan, Baltimore's Only Authentic Paddleboat. Enjoy a dockside cocktail reception with buffet dinner before taking sail to view the midnight fireworks from the harbor in The Black-Eyed Susan's heated and glass-enclosed observation deck.

Baltimore's New Year's Eve Spectacular takes place from 9:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Be entertained by the Baltimore-based band, Under The Covers, beginning at 9:00 p.m. at the Inner Harbor Amphitheater, located at Pratt and Light Streets.
At the stroke of midnight, welcome 2015 with colorful fireworks and lights filling the sky above downtown Baltimore.
For the full "Baltimore on New Year's" experience, residents and visitors can view the fireworks from along the Inner Harbor promenade. The fireworks display can also be seen from the Federal Hill, Locust Point, Canton, Harbor East and Fell's Point neighborhoods.
