Baltimoreans gather at the waterfront now through the end of December to celebrate the season with friends and family while supporting local shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Begin December by attending Harbor East's Window Wonderland: The Unveiling Event. Scheduled for Thursday, December 5 from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Promised to be an evening of holiday fun and merriment as you view the unveiling of Window Winterland, a month-long holiday exhibit featuring storefront windows decorated for the season by some of Baltimore's finest artists turning Baltimore's Harbor East into a holiday masterpiece. December 6 kicks off of the Power Plant Holiday Light Show Spectacular at 6PM, 7PM, 8PM, and 9PM. The show will light up the Inner Harbor with an unforgettable display of holiday lights and lasers choreographed to sounds of the season. Shows continue Thursday – Saturday, December 6 – 21 and nightly December 26 – 31.
Experience the National Aquarium's Cultural Series, World Holiday Traditions presented by Macy's on December 6 from 5 PM – 9 PM. Discover traditions and customs about Hanukkah, Kwanza, and Christmas celebrations, witness beautiful nativity scenes from around the world, and listen to the sounds of the season.
Hear over 200 festively festooned tuba and euphonium players welcome the holidays at the 30th Annual Merry Tuba Christmas in the Harborplace Amphitheater on December 7 from 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM.
The 3rd Annual Rock the Dock Family Bash happens December 14 from 3 PM – 6 PM at the Power Plant's with live music, promenade train rides, holiday-themed arts and crafts, food, drinks and plenty of holiday surprises for young and old.
Visit the Inner Harbor on December 15 to have your precious pup's picture taken with Santa from 1 PM – 4 PM on the circle at President Street. Donations to BARCs, The Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter, will be accepted to help support animals in need.
Celebrate New Year's Ring in the New Year on December at Maryland Science Center with the 6th Annual Midnight Noon where children can enjoy the ball drop before bedtime.
December 31 celebrate New Year's Eve at Power Plant Live! with gourmet foods, an open bar, and all access to every nightclub and bar with a huge stroke of midnight celebration.
Welcome 2014 at Baltimore Inner Harbor New Year's Eve Spectacular on Tuesday, December 31 from 9 PM to 12:30 AM. A Baltimore City tradition for over 30 years, the New Year's Eve spectacular is a huge city-wide celebration filled with music starting at 9 PM at the Inner Harbor Amphitheater with a colorful midnight fireworks display seen from Baltimore's downtown areas including Fell's Point, Harbor East and Federal Hill.
