Director of New Agent Affiliations 

Job Description:

We are currently looking for someone to grow our offices with new-to-business real estate agents, that are the right fit for our company. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with potential new-to-business agents for York and Adams County
  
  
• Develop additional resources to find people interested in a real estate career
  
  
• Perform dynamic inteviews for the highest level of success
  
  
• Become proficient at explaining the value proposition of our Accelerate Career Development Program and all Homesale tools, services and programs
  
  
• Follow-up with, incubate and stay in touch with prospective candidates
  
  
• Host Career Seminars
  
  
• Host or manage Exam Prep classes
  
  
• Serve as an active participant on our Leadership Team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in the real estate business
  
  
• Strong verbal communication
