Transaction Assist will manage all of the contract to close paperwork, deadlines and steps involved in your real estate transactions. Everything will be taken care of for you so that you can spend more time working ON your business instead of IN your business!
CONTRACT TO CLOSE
- Facilitate introduction of title/lender, co-op agent, and client via email
- Prepare TSR and submit to proper channels
- Communicate with all parties involved and provide weekly updates to client
- Verify title is ordered and will complete any forms needed
- Confirm title is received/revised
- Make sure Loan app is completed, appraisal ordered/scheduled/received, and loan commitment & clear to close is issued
- Coordinate inspections and prepare repair requests
- Ensure repairs are done and collect receipts for file
- Coordinate final walk through and settlement
