By REFERing both experienced agents and potential new agents to our Leadership team and helping us show them all what Homesale has to offer, you can EARN residual revenue through Agent Plus.

So how does it work? Let’s say Ashley is an agent at Homesale Realty and her friend Mike works for another brokerage. Ashley knows that Mike would be a great addition to the Homesale Family, so she REFERs him to her Office Leader!  After Mike decides to join Homesale as an Independent Agent, Ashley EARNS 1% of Mike’s Adjusted Gross Commissions each time Mike closes a deal. But don’t worry…Ashley’s earnings DON’T affect Mike’s income at all because she is paid by the brokerage.

 So, if Mike makes $100,000 in Adjusted GCI in one year, Ashley earns an additional $1000 every year.

Then, when Ashley is ready for our dreambuilder program, because she either needs to take a break from real estate or is ready to retire… her 1% residuals continue for an additional 3 years while she is in Refer All Realty, allowing her to continue earning even after retirement.
