Regina Coia joins Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty as President of Realty Operations
28-year industry veteran to lead the nationally recognized home services firm’s real estate sales operations
LANCASTER, PA -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty announced today that Regina Coia has been named as the company’s president of Realty Operations. Coia will oversee all aspects of sales management, office operations and collaboration with the company’s mortgage, title, insurance and property management efforts.
She comes to her position from the greater Philadelphia market, where she most recently served Coldwell Banker Preferred as president. Coia oversaw the operations of nine offices in three states and over 600 agents and staff. Under her direction the brokerage grew to annual closed sales volume of about $1.5 billion, maintained one of the highest ranking corporate relocation divisions in the industry, and ran mortgage and title operations that consistently performed at the highest levels.
